Throughout
our lives we are constantly in transition. We grow from child to
teenager to adult; we get jobs and change jobs; we choose partners and have families of our own;
we lose a parent or sibling or friend. Change and loss are constants. By honoring our sadness and grief we can navigate the transitions we inevitably face
throughout our lifetimes, experience renewal and return to wholeness.
